The Posados Café Incorporated Corporate Offices are
located in Tyler, Texas. The Posados Café Incorporated
Corporate Offices serves as the business office location
for the Texas based restaurant company. The project
included the development of two schematic design options
as well as image and planting design studies. The site
is a heavily wooded site with adjacent office uses.
The architects sited the building to be nestled in the
existing trees. The landscape architect proposed an
outdoor seating area for the employees. Native plant
materials were proposed to be scattered throughout the
existing trees. Small stone columns were proposed along
the edge of the property for definition and structure.
Plantings included dogwood, azaleas, ferns and plenty
of perennials and groundcovers.
